This Valentine’s Day at St. Cecilia Executive Chef Craig Richards will serve a special five-course dinner featuring dishes such as Artichoke Vellutata, American Snapper Crudo, Beef Short Rib Agnolotti, Mushroom Risotto, Monkfish Smoked in Hay, and Raspberry-Rosé Sorbet. FIVE-COURSE PASTA TASTING

Grab your cocktails and enjoy a crudo or two, then take a tour around Executive Chef Craig Richards’ pasta program. Try five a la carte pasta dishes such as a long and short extruded pasta with seafood, agnolotti, and some surprises. $55 per person.
