VALENTINE’S DAY CELEBRATION!
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a four-course, coastal European dinner created by executive chef Brandon Chavannes. The meal begins with an antipasti selection of scallop crudo, cauliflower soup, beet and apple salad, burrata and panela. The “primi” course will consist of a choice of agnolotti, cacio e pepe, lumache and mafaldine, followed by a selection of wood grilled Scottish salmon, braised grouper, striped bass and lobster pan roast. A choice of desserts will be available from pastry chef Chrysta Poulos. $85 per person, coursed wine pairings available for an additional $45 per person. Apero hour just got a little bit happier with caviar and bubbles! St. Cecilia is introducing a new caviar and champagne menu every week day from 4 – 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a daily variety of 1oz caviar selections alongside a robust list of champagne, wine and refreshing spritzes.
